Total Performance Review

Below is a high level snapshot of the Total Performance Review process designed to gather a thorough understanding of  your business and deliver meaningful results.

Part 1: Business Review

Top to bottom review of the business to include an assessment of the 5 core areas of the business as well as team interviews, financial review, and overall business performance and benchmarks. Final deliverable includes a "State of the Business" report as well as recommendations on areas of strength and improvements.

Part 2: Core Areas

A in-depth step by step review of the core areas of the business (Leadership, Sales, Operations, Finance, Team). Exercises and discussions to establish methods, processes, and overall best practices within each area. Identify critical business activities and ensure consistency and quality metrics are tracked.

Part 3: Roadmap

Identify goals, timelines, and implementation tactics for each core area and previously identified areas of opportunity. Ensure accountability and company wide support. And celebrate!

Maintenance Coaching

After completion of the full Total Performance Review engagement, the need for ongoing coaching and support is evaluated and an ongoing engagement may begin that is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the business and owner(s).
